“Far and Wide: The Golden Age of Travel Posters” a Virtual Gallery from the the Los Angeles Public Library: “Gaspé Peninsula”, artist unknown, lithograph, 24×36″ (LAPL ID: tp-022) (Rights: unknown)

More details about this poster from the Waddington’s Auctioneers website:

QUEBEC CANADA, a colour lithograph poster issued by the province of Quebec Tourist Board. Strong composition with striking lines. Lithographed in Canada.

In fact, the poster was issued (as it is written in the lower right corner of the poster) by “The Province of Quebec Tourist Bureau” or in French “L’Office du Tourisme de la Province de Québec”. I couldn’t find any more information online about the year it was published nor the name of the artist.
